Robertson Hands on Harvest Festival





The Robertson Wine Valley is proud to host it's second Hands-on Harvest festival. This boutique event will take place 26 – 28 February 2010 and offers wine aficionados and budding vintners a chance to experience the magic of harvest for a day – without having to quit their day jobs!

Groups are small and intimate to ensure that you have the very best hands-on experience and all activities need to be pre-booked by 24 February 2010. But hurry…as many of the tickets will be booked by then!

    Vegetarian and other dietary requirements can be catered for only if arranged directly with your host when booking.

    Tickets and bookings:
    Please make your booking directly with the host no later than 24 February 2010. PAYMENT - As some of the groups are very small and intimate and organisers do not want to hassle you with such formalities at the gathering, you will be required to make payment in advance.

  • Directions to Robertson Hands on Harvest Festival

    The Robertson Wine Valley is located about 180km from Cape Town, approximately a 90 minute journey. The Hands-on Harvest takes place at participating wineries & members throughout the valley, should you need specific directions please contact our office.

  • From Cape Town take the N1 towards Worcester
  • At the 2nd set of traffic lights as you enter Worcester, take the turn-off right towards Robertson (R60)
  • At the 4th set of traffic lights (Panarotti's is on your right hand side), take the turn-off left towards Robertson (R60)
  • At the 1st set of traffic lights, take the turn-off right towards Robertson (R60)
  • Robertson is about 40 km further
  • As you enter Robertson, the Tourism Centre is about 800m further on your left-hand side on the Corner of Voortrekker & Reitz Street – just before the Roodezandt Winery
