La Residence is situated in Franschhoek, which is less than an hour's drive from Cape Town. Franschhoek is one of the premier destinations in the World of Wine not only for its spectacular beauty but also for its high quality, award-winning wines. With its French wine heritage and excellent climate this valley became one of the earliest wine producing regions in the Cape.
This Franschhoek accommodation is situated 650 metres away from its original location, on a private 30 acre estate and is approximately 83km (52 miles) from Cape Town. The different options our guests have to travel to La Residence are as follows.
Directions From Cape Town International Airport:
Take the N1 from Cape Town towards Paarl.
Take Exit 47 marked Klapmuts.
Turn right onto R44, drive under N1 motorway.
Take the second left marked Franschhoek (R45).
At T-junction turn right. Drive towards Franschhoek.
Directions to La Residence in Franschhoek:
Once in Franschhoek turn left into De Villiers Street
Take your first left into Dirkie Uys Street
Proceed in Dirkie Uys Street until Domaine Des Anges appears on your left
